Cleaned, not just checked
Every regular full-service visit includes our own pool vacuum, surface cleaning, and removal of dirt and debris. We bring the tools and do the work.
Not another five-minute “brush and leave” pool service. We deliver complete weekly pool cleaning built around an intentional 8-step process, our own professional vacuum, proactive equipment care, and detailed digital reports after every visit.

Your pool deserves a complete routine, professional judgment, and a team that pays attention to what happens between visits. That is the Pure Desert standard.
Every regular full-service visit includes our own pool vacuum, surface cleaning, and removal of dirt and debris. We bring the tools and do the work.
We test key water parameters and dose what the pool actually needs, rather than following a one-size-fits-all chemical routine.
Detailed visit reports document chemistry readings, work performed, photos, and observations so you stay informed even when you are away.
Every step has a purpose: clearer water, cleaner surfaces, better circulation, more consistent chemistry, and fewer surprises. Here is exactly what our technicians do and why it matters.

We test the water rather than guess. We check key readings such as free and total chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, and salt where applicable.
✓ Informed chemistry decisions
We brush the areas that collect film and buildup, including steps, corners, benches and reachable walls. This loosens residue and helps reduce spots where algae can take hold.
✓ Cleaner surfaces, fewer neglected areas
Leaves, bugs and floating debris are netted before they sink or add organic load to the water. It is simple work that makes a visible difference.
✓ Cleaner surface and less debris
We check and clear applicable skimmer and pump baskets to reduce blockages and support circulation. This helps your system move water as designed.
✓ Support for water flow and equipment
Our technicians bring a dedicated professional vacuum and vacuum your pool on every scheduled weekly visit, targeting settled desert dust and debris without relying solely on your automatic cleaner.
✓ A real cleaning—every week
We make measured chemical adjustments based on testing, weather, use, and the pool's needs. Not every pool needs the same treatment or chemical dose every week.
✓ More consistent, comfortable water
We check circulation, filter pressure, leaks, pump operation and salt-system status. When due, we clean salt cells as part of qualifying weekly care; backwashable filters are serviced when needed.
✓ Spot issues sooner, reduce neglect
After the final check, we send a report with photos, readings, work completed, chemicals added and relevant notes. You get a record of what happened—not just a promise that we showed up.
✓ Transparency you can actually seeSouthern Utah wind brings fine dust, sand and debris into pools all week long. Much of it settles on the bottom—where a quick skim does nothing.
We bring our own vacuum and clean your entire pool every scheduled weekly visit. We don't leave it up to your robotic cleaner or save vacuuming for “only when it's bad.” It is built into our system.

After every scheduled service visit, we send a digital report directly to you. It is our way of making professional pool care visible, trackable and easy to trust.

Illustrative report overview. Your actual report reflects the work and measurements recorded during your visit.
A clean pool depends on equipment that circulates, filters and treats the water properly. We check the entire system as part of our weekly process, rather than only noticing issues after they become obvious.
For applicable saltwater pools on qualifying weekly full-service plans, we inspect the salt system and clean the cell on an appropriate schedule when buildup calls for it. There is no separate scheduled salt-cell cleaning fee.
We monitor filter condition and pressure, backwash compatible filters when needed, and flag when deeper cleaning or a different maintenance procedure is appropriate.
We look for leaks, circulation concerns, pump issues, salt-system alerts and other visible problems. We notify you and can arrange eligible repairs with our team after assessment and authorization.
Whether your pool needs a rescue, an occasional deep clean, or attention to a specialized surface, our team can evaluate your needs and recommend the right service.
